Chalk Art Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 23, 2026
Chalk Art helps families make sidewalk chalk drawings using an augmented-reality guide. This policy explains how Chalk Art handles information.
Information We Collect
Chalk Art does not require an account and does not collect personal information from you. The app does not collect names, email addresses, contacts, precise location, advertising identifiers, photos, drawings, or analytics data for the developer.
Camera and Photos
Chalk Art uses the iPhone camera to place chalk guides in augmented reality. Live camera frames are processed on the device by Apple frameworks while the AR experience is active.
If you choose or take a photo to create an outline, the photo is processed on the device to generate a chalk-style outline. Chalk Art does not upload the photo, save it to an account, or send it to the developer.
Tracking and Advertising
Chalk Art does not track users across apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers. The app does not sell personal information.
Children and Families
Chalk Art may be used by families, but it should be used with adult supervision. The app is not designed to ask children for personal information, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the app.
Apple Services
Apple may process App Store, TestFlight, crash, diagnostic, or account information under Apple’s own terms and privacy policies. Chalk Art does not control Apple’s processing of that information.
Your Choices
You can deny or revoke camera access in iOS Settings. Without camera access, the augmented-reality tracing experience and camera photo creation feature will not work. Photo selection uses Apple’s system photo picker.
Changes
If this policy changes, the effective date above will be updated.
